All surveillance, photographic and video recording assignments conducted by John Horton and associates are done in strict compliance with the “Surveillance Devices Act” of Western Australia, ensuring that the recordings are of an high evidential standard and capable of being accepted into evidence in any subsequent court proceeding.

Only quality photographic and video equipment is utilised, ensuring consistently good results. We can provide both fixed or mobile surveillance and temporary and permanent CCTV installations. Comprehensive reports documenting the surveillance assignment are provided as part of the record.
